Beta — Pacarion is in a Florida beta. Features may change.
Your clients’ home app, with your name on it.
Closing shouldn’t be the end of the relationship. Give homeowners an app branded to you, with seasonal reminders, live checklists and home records that keep your name useful year after year.

Stats home
See service provider contacts, active homeowners, tasks and projects completed, and history reports created, with “vs last month,” plus leaderboards for top service providers and most active homeowners.
At the listing appointment
Turn scattered home records into a useful listing conversation. Request a Pacarion Home History Report: an organized, owner-reported record of upkeep and documents. The homeowner chooses to create it, decline, or dismiss the request. Not a seller disclosure, inspection, or appraisal.

After closing: buyer hand-off
When the seller confirms closing, they can choose to pass their home records to the buyer. The report is copied into the buyer’s new home; the seller’s private details stay private. The buyer chooses their own sponsor, or none. Buyers are never matched or assigned to a lender, title company, insurance agent, or inspector.
Your service providers
Build your list of recommended local service providers inside your branded app. Homeowners can find and contact your go-to pros when something needs attention, instead of starting a search from scratch. Your recommendations stay useful long after closing.
Pacarion doesn’t receive payment from these service providers. Your agent may or may not receive fees from some service providers. Ask your agent for details.

Fits beside your CRM
When follow-up slips, the relationship can go quiet. Pacarion works alongside your CRM, not in place of it: your CRM manages contacts while your branded home app gives clients ongoing reasons to return.
